Continuing Education Policy:

Funding is provided by the Ministry of Economic Affairs, Labour and Energy and the Ministry of Science, Research and Culture to promote continuing vocational training in the state of Brandenburg during the EU funding period from 2021 to 2027 (Further Training Directive - WBRL 2022) in the version dated 10 November 2022 and Sections 23 and 44 of the State Budget Regulations of the State of Brandenburg and the associated administrative regulations.

Goals and results: The training courses are designed to specifically enhance the skills of the company's employees in order to meet ever-increasing demands. Well-qualified employees thus further strengthen the foundation for the company's economic success.

Market development abroad and trade fairs

With this funding programme, the ILB supports the internationalisation of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) by opening up foreign markets and participating in trade fairs at home and abroad.

The funding programme is a guideline issued by the Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy on market development by small and medium-sized enterprises dated 25 Nov. 2020 (Market development by SMEs - GRW Market - International).

With this funding programme, the ILB supports the strengthening of competitiveness and innovative capacity of small and medium-sized enterprises, including craft businesses.

The funding programme is a guideline issued by the Brandenburg Ministry of Economic Affairs and Energy. The funding is provided entirely by the ERDF.
